• Charging session details such as site and connector, start and stop times, energy (kWh), power (kW), duration, and cost
• Scan or charge codes you use to start a session

Payments and wallet

• Wallet balance, top-ups, transaction history, and payment method metadata (for example, method type or last four digits)
• Payment processing is handled by payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on PowerPark servers when a partner processes the payment

Device and usage

• Device type, operating system, app version, language, and diagnostic or crash data
• Log data such as IP address, timestamps, and pages or screens viewed on our websites and apps

Operator and business accounts

• For operators using console or business tools: account role, site and charge-point configuration, operational metrics, and related business contact details

Communications

• Messages you send us (for example, support emails to hello@powerpark.io) and records of those conversations

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services
• Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and secure access
• Find chargers, start and stop sessions, calculate energy and cost, and show history
• Process payments, wallet top-ups, and related receipts
• Send service notices (session status, receipts, security alerts) and, where permitted, product updates or promotions
• Support operators with fleet status, reports, and charge-point management
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Charging operators and site hosts — session and authorization details needed to deliver charging at their locations
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, customer support, email, and payment processors who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations
• Identity and social login providers — as needed to complete sign-in you initiate
• Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of PowerPark, our users, or others
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality measures

We do not sell your personal information.
